2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4x4 For Sale

Information

This 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4x4 was purchased new as a high-roof cargo van in early 2023 and immediately sent to Adventure Wagon in Oregon for a comprehensive custom camper conversion. It is powered by the desirable 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission and a true 4WD system featuring a dual-range transfer case - the final year for this drivetrain before the switch to the four-cylinder AWD setup.

The build began with an Adventure Wagon smart floor system featuring extruded aluminum construction, integrated L-Track tie-downs throughout, and seam-sealed installation for durability and crash-tested approval with aftermarket seating. The full AdWag modular interior package was then added, including complete sound deadening, insulation, a structural skeleton, and custom panels in charcoal grey fabric with black HexPly lower walls and anodized black L-Track. Windows were installed all around, consisting of pop-out units on the driver's side and sliding door, solid glass in the rear doors, and bunk windows in the factory-paint-matched Flarespace flares for added interior width and east-west sleeping capability.

Features:

  • Scheelmann front driver and passenger seats
  • Adventure Wagon two-panel Moab bed system with memory foam mattress
  • Headliner shelf and two AdWag Mule overhead storage bags
  • Dometic CFX 75 dual-zone refrigerator/freezer
  • Fender well covers, Radius Outfitters trash bag, and Van Essential insulated window covers for all glass
  • Fan covers and bug screens for the sliding door and rear entry
  • Six flush-mounted European dimmable LED ceiling lights with switchable red night mode
  • Front and rear Maxxair fans
  • Espar diesel heater mounted under the passenger seat

Power is supplied by a Goal Zero Yeti 3000X lithium power station charged via alternator or three roof-mounted Zamp solar panels, with distribution through a fuse panel and multiple 12V/USB outlets on each lower wall panel. A custom AdWag electrical harness ensures seamless integration.

Exterior features:

  • Van Compass Stage 6.3 suspension kit with four-corner adjustable Falcon shocks, upgraded leaf springs, and a 2" lift
  • 35" BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires on Owl alloy wheels (speedometer and ECU corrected via Renntech Big Tire module; Renntech performance tune also installed)
  • Owl Vans ladder/tire carrier with full-size spare, B2 cargo roof rack with ski locker, and Pismo front bumper with integrated front receiver hitch
  • Baja Designs LP9 auxiliary lights on the front bumper, controlled via Switch Pros panel
  • Fiamma F80S awning

This highly modular Adventure Wagon build was designed as the ultimate do-it-all rig, capable of hauling dirt bikes one weekend, desert camping the next, shredding snow in Mammoth, or serving as a comfortable family surf-trip hauler, all with quick reconfiguration thanks to the L-Track system.
