1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe


This 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe has remained registered in California for three decades, and it was acquired by the current owner in 1994. The car is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a G50 five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in black over white leather upholstery. Equipment includes 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, a sunroof, an Alpine stereo, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power windows, and air conditioning.

The car is finished in black and features integrated fog lights, a rear spoiler, a sunroof, and heated power-adjustable side mirrors. Dents on the doors were repaired in 2016, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery.

The 16″ Fuchs alloy wheels wear 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Hankook Ventus tires that were mounted in January 2021. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs.

The cabin features front seats upholstered in white leather. Amenities include air conditioning, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, an Alpine stereo, and power windows.

The wood-rimmed MOMO steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer, a Quarz clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 121k miles.

The 3.2-liter M930/25 flat-six features Bosch Motronic engine management and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque.
